Mike Munson is a Principal and co-founder of MYeCFO, LLC, where he has led the firm's tax practice since 2013. He oversees tax strategy, return preparation, and the review standards applied to every return produced through ZenTaxes, and advises clients on tax planning, equity compensation and option strategies, QSBS, and multi-year tax forecasting. Mike spent more than two decades in institutional investment management as a senior portfolio manager, and previously served as Assistant Chief Investment Officer for the San Diego County Employees Retirement Association. His work has been published in The Journal of Investing. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, completed Ph.D. coursework in optimization at Stanford University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Martin Curiel is a Principal and co-founder of MYeCFO, LLC. He leads business operations, including the technology platform behind ZenTaxes, the firm's e-file program, information security, and client experience, and serves as the firm's primary contact for the IRS and state e-file programs. Before co-founding MYeCFO, Martin was a Vice President at Matthews International Capital Management, a principal at an institutional investment management firm, a management consultant at Deloitte, and a petroleum engineer at ChevronTexaco. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a CFA charterholder. Martin also co-founded the Rising Farmworkers Dream Fund, a nonprofit helping migrant farmworker families access higher education.
